Stop Corporations’ ISDS Attacks on Climate Action

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is currently accepting public comments on Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) and climate change. Big polluters are increasingly using the ISDS system to demand that taxpayers pay them off for their loss of “expected future profits” when they’re forced to comply with environmental rules. Allowing these type of cases to escalate would posed a serious threat to climate action. Please join us in submitting comments urging the OECD to oppose ISDS altogether.
