Protect Boston Homeowners and Tenants

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

The City of Boston has a home rule petition before the State Legislature to prevent a spike in residential property taxes next year and to protect homeowners and tenants. Mayor Michelle Wu has been working hard on this for months, the City Council has voted for it twice, and the Massachusetts House of Representatives has voted for it twice. The State Senate has yet to do so and has been moving the goalposts for the Mayor and the City. They need to pass the home rule petition as soon as possible (i.e., early this week) for it to take effect in time. Your senator needs to hear from you.
