Defeat HB 20

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

The House Education Committee will be voting on HB 20 this Wednesday, February 17th. House Bill 20 would be the most expansive, unaccountable, Wild West voucher program in the nation—and the most harmful for children and families (and taxpayers, who’d see property taxes soar). The first year of the voucher plan would cost the state close to 100 hundred million dollars based on current students not enrolled in public school. School funding is seriously at risk and this plan would be a further blow to our public schools. Public dollars should go to public schools.
