The House Finance Committee will be hearing HB24-1169, Repeal Divest from Companies with Israel Prohibitions Law, on Monday 2/26! Currently, public employee's retirement funds and public money held by the Colorado Public Employees' Retirement Association (PERA) are being weaponized to punish companies that make the morally correct decision to divest form Israel.
