She is a vital part of our community. She has been missing since Dec. 12th after attending a wedding in Peru.  A search is underway for her, but time is of the essence. Please use your power as a member of Congress to ensure that the FBI opens a full investigation of Carla's disappearance, with agents on the ground in Cusco & Pisac, Peru. We also request that the State Department send additional personnel to aide in the investigation to recover this beloved American Citizen.
