The Multnomah County Board of Commissioners will vote August 20 and 27 on whether or not to delay the scheduled increase on the wealth tax that funds Preschool for All, Multnomah County’s landmark universal free preschool program. They delayed it once already. Now is not the time to kick the can down the road.
