Rural and remote ZIP codes, including many Indigenous communities, seniors, veterans, and small businesses would be left stranded without the USPS lifeline they depend on. That is the real cost of privatization, and it is exactly why public opposition has been so powerful. Trump’s postal privatization plan collapsed in 2018 and has stalled again today because people across the country mobilized to stop him. Now it is time to take our fight to the states.
