Nationwide, federal rental assistance is helping 2.6 million people with disabilities, while more than 18 million disabled people are eligible but are not receiving assistance. Congress must protect and expand federal housing assistance, yet the Trump Administration has proposed drastically cutting and changing programs that people rely on. As Congress focuses on passing the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 budget, your representatives need to hear from you about the importance of maintaining and increasing the housing assistance!
