Ask our legislators to vote YES on House Bill 1440 to keep protected spaces, like schools and hospitals, free and safe

For any community to survive and thrive, individuals need to safely access spaces like hospitals, schools, and other areas essential to our well-being. HB1440 prohibits employees and representatives of these areas from allowing federal immigration agents to enter protected areas. This bill provides accountability to our communities by creating a Class 1 misdemeanor for those who choose to violate this provision and/or provide information to federal immigration agents.
