Additionally, the bill would establish a Trust Fund to support school districts with the necessary resources to implement these standards. Read more about the bill HERE. We need your help in conveying to the Needham School Committee members the significance of and the widespread backing for a racially inclusive, culturally responsive, and age-appropriate curriculum. We would like the School Committee to formally endorse this bill and send a letter to the Chairs of the Joint Committee on Education: Rep Denise Garlick and Senator Jason Lewis.   The Lexington school district has already been developing and implementing a racially inclusive curriculum with success.
