Co to frack over 50 shale gas wells around and underneath the Beaver Run Reservoir, which serves as a primary drinking water source for approximately 130,000 people. With a history of violations at their operations near the site, CNX has demonstrated that they are not capable of operating in a way that will adequately protect the water we depend upon. We are calling on DEP to suspend all current and future permits granted to CNX for their operations near the Reservoir . Clean water is our most important resource, let the PA DEP know you expect them to protect it. We have drafted a letter you can send to Governor Tom Wolf, PA DEP Secretary Patrick McDonnell and their colleagues demanding they halt gas development on our reservoir.
