This is highly concerning to us – we refuse to take a passive stance. Please join us in writing an email to REI Cleveland management calling on them to put the following safety protocols into place: Immediately administer rapid COVID testing to all employees in store Send home any employee that tests positive for COVID immediately, with pay, until their test returns negative Provide n95 masks or similar to all employees Require all working employees to wear n95 masks or similar while at work Reinstate health/temperature checks for all employees upon entry Permanently provide a HEPA-filtered air purifier for the break room https://actionnetwork.org/letters/rei-union-cleveland-demands-covid-safety
