With ongoing commitments tied to the Active and Safe Routes to School Plans, BC Transit and accessibility-related plans, and the volume of ongoing service requests, retaining existing new transportation funding is essential to continue implementing needed safety, active transportation, transit, and network upgrades" Saanich's AT plan implementation has already been slowed due to weak funding.
