The Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program was designed to allow public servants to earn loan forgiveness after 10 years of payments while working for qualifying employers. The Trump Administration wants to unilaterally redefine which types of employers qualify to exclude organizations that work on issues that the administration has deemed “substantially illegal" - including organizations who assist immigrants or promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. This form allows you to submit an official comment that the Department of Education must take into consideration in order to finalize the rule.
