These comments are inaccurate and reckless for a sitting senator and only serve to inflame the bigotry that Mr. Mamdani and Muslim elected officials face daily. As Jews, we know that our safety and the safety and freedom of Palestinians is bound together. We reject the idea that Zohran's support for Palestinian rights makes us less safe.
