This decision is substandard, acknowledging the 54 research papers submitted by scientists but failing to recognise the detrimental affects these poisons are having on over 80 Australian species. The APVMAs proposition is the following: ban baits in powder/liquid form, make slight changes to instructions on labels, and place baits in "tamper-free" bait stations.
