The funding would help folks lower their electric bills as well as helping to cut greenhouse gases and limit global warming! In September, just a few weeks ago, a federal court told the EPA they were breakign the law and that they must bring back the federal Solar-For-All program. Of course, they're delaying and considering appealing the decision. But Republicans are vulnerable on this, and we can tell our Senators and our Representatives to demand EPA follow the law.
