This is a far cry from the $1.1 billion proposal put forward by the Coalition for an Equitable Economy and even less than the $60 million that was included in the House approved ARPA legislation. Senator Nick Collins has filed Amendment #194 to increase this program from $50 million to $100 million and provide MGCC with more flexibility so it can invest some of these dollars in programs that align with CEE’s original proposal.
