Emergency meals are going to over 100 sites, including for Downtown Emergency Services Center, Plymouth Housing, YMCA, Seattle Public Schools and King County COVID-19 isolation and recovery sites. With the support of two of our champions in Olympia, Representative Frank Chopp and Senator David Frockt, FareStart has requested $2 million from the Washington State Legislature to support our hunger relief response at permanent supportive housing sites across King County.
