Support infill housing and renters in Hyde Park

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

A small group of Hyde Park residents, predominantly white, older (55+) homeowners, are opposing a Planned Development in Hyde Park Square (2719 Erie Avenue) that would create a 125-unit apartment building, a hotel, and parking garage on what is currently 75% surface parking and a single story real estate building. We believe that all people deserve the opportunity to live in vibrant, walkable neighborhoods, and that cannot happen without building a variety of housing options. We are asking City Council members to uphold their promises of housing tens of thousands of people in new housing in the next five years and vote YES to this Planned Development.
