Support SACU Employees!

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

During a time when employees across Oregon have suffered an historic staffing crisis resulting in injuries and burnout, employees at the Stabilization and Crisis Unit (SACU), a program under the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), have been dealing with a Human Resource (HR) manager that is unprofessional, retaliatory, and disrespectful. SACU’s Human Resource Manager, Kim Rockeman, continues to foster a divisive culture and retaliates against the union, instead of working collaboratively to address the urgent issues at hand. The SACU union board has communicated their concerns with Audray Minnieweather-Crutch, the ODHS HR Director, including sending her a formal letter back in July, and she has not responded. Support SACU today by sending a letter to Audray urging her to take action, support SACU employees, and do what is right as a State Human Resource department.
