Now, we’re making sure that message reaches both Governor Patrick Morrisey and the West Virginia Division of Highways. Blackwater Canyon is worth protecting. And there is a clear solution: move the Corridor H route just six miles north. As currently planned, the highway would cause irreversible damage to our land, our water, and our outdoor economy. A northern route would allow the project to move forward while preserving one of West Virginia’s most important natural landscapes. There is real momentum behind this effort.
