Founder & Executive Director, Shannon Deinhart, has been using Kinnect resources for union-busting & avoidance since November 2024. Money moved away from families and children, was instead used for: Attorneys & Crisis Communication consultants (observed at least a 230% increase on legal fees from 2023 to 2024) 3 executive leadership (c-suite) positions CREATED 9 months of stalling bargaining (insisting on a unit clarification for one position, but never filing) Kinnect’s mission-driven work is fueled by passionate employees. We love the work we do and believe deeply in the values of Kinnect. We make a tangible difference in the lives of caregivers and children. Perhaps, even more importantly, many of us have lived experience in foster care, adoption, and kinship care, fully understanding the impact of these essential services!
