The Cambo oil field contains hundreds of millions of barrels of oil and would create devastating climate pollution for decades to come. We need to create a huge uproar about this scandalous proposal and put pressure on Boris Johnson to say no to Cambo before the UN climate talks in Glasgow. Opening up massive new oil fields like Cambo contradicts the warnings of the IEA that we cannot afford to develop any new oil, coal or gas. It's completely incompatible with limiting global heating to the Paris Agreement target of 1.5C and will further exacerbate the climate crisis we're already seeing all around the world.
