Expand Post-Secondary Tuition Eligibility (HB 64) would broaden eligibility to include adults with varied immigration status who have attended adult education programs for at least a year, or worked in the state and filed New Mexico income tax returns for at least two years. HB 64 has passed the House and Senate committees but has not yet been scheduled to be heard on the Senate Floor.
