Security officers, cleaners, porters and catering staff across UCL are united and determined to fight to end the scourge of outsourcing and win justice, equality and dignity for all workers at UCL. Since September 2019, outsourced workers have been campaigning for an end to inequality and discrimination at UCL and an end to outsourcing. But UCL has still not committed to bring us in house.
