Currently there are 21 Democratic Senators who are cosponsors of this bill and we need to let everyone know that this is something that we support. We strongly encourage your boss to vote "YES" on Senator Sanders' S.Amdt. 19 of the Senate Budget Resolution, S. Con. Res. 3, to prevent the Senate from breaking Donald Trump's promise that "there will be no cuts to Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid". All of these programs are under threat and now, more than ever, we must do all we can to protect them. Seniors, disabled Americans, children, and so many others depend on benefits from these programs. Destitution would be immediate for many Americans if we allow any cuts to Social Security, Medicare, or Medicaid. As you know, Donald Trump has vowed not to cut these benefits, but he and the Congressional Republicans must be held accountable.
