Workplace bullying policy

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

PEF Members, we are urging the State legislature to pass a bill that defines “abusive conduct,” “bullying” and “cyberbullying” for state employees to develop a uniform policy to ensure respectful and civil conduct in the workplace. It also requires training for all employees on such terms to reduce the incidences of abusive behavior at the workplace. To send a pre-written letter to your Legislators, log in and click on START WRITING. Please add your name and address to the bottom of the letter.
