Recently, the Trump Administration proposed a new rule to make it easier for states to rush through the execution process - denying people constitutionally-protected rights and recklessly risking the execution of innocent people. We object to proposed rule changes that would allow the U.S. Attorney General to oversee state applications and help expedite executions.
