Grand Canyon, Hickam & Alexander Road's. The Applicant is asking for the following: 1.) General Plan Amendment 2.) Zone Change 3.) Variance - Unlimited Property is located within NW Rural Preservation Overlay. The GPA will change the General Plan of the Preservation Area in the NW along with the Zone Change and Variance will change the rural nature and character of the Lone Mountain area affecting all existing residents.
