Each day, four children in Cleveland test positive for lead poisoning -- health crisis with a housing solution. After years of waiting for a law that would make Cleveland's rental properties lead safe before a child is ever poisoned, CLASH is mobilizing to bring a lead safe housing law to the ballot in November 2019.
