After multiple bargaining sessions, the Employer continues to offer extremely low wages with most barely above minimum wage. They also are unwilling to provide a secure schedule to their employees, expecting workers to be able to change their shift start time by two hours with absolutely no notice. These technicians are vital in creating successful events that bring business to our community. Encore Global, a hedge fund owned, multinational corporation, can afford to share the wealth and provide sustainable jobs for these workers.
