Recovery based organizations such as Recovery Community Organizations, Recovery High Schools, Collegiate Recovery Programs, Alternative Peer Groups, Club-Houses & expanded mental health peer based organizations need to be prioritized and supported across Texas. This support statement will have your voice heard on the following legislative solutions House Bill 705 will enable Recovery Community Organizations to become Medicaid providers of peer recovery supports and services.   House Bill 898 Supports and sustains the operations of community recovery organizations.
