He is one of our many Free Them All campaigns "My name is Felix Vladimir Ponce Alvarez. I am from El Salvador and I have been living in Seattle, Washington since 2002 and I am a father of 3 children. A 22 year old daughter, a 17 year old son, and my youngest little daughter who is only 10 months old. I have been in ICE and GEO custody since February 24, 2026. Inside this detention center, conditions are poor. Many people get sick often, who were healthy before. I have been sick 4 times since February. The guards are often cruel, intentionally humiliating the people here. But beyond that, I want to mention 10 things out of many that money cannot buy. This is my story, all of it because my freedom was taken away. I was doing my regular report with ICE, but they arrested me without clear reason. The loss of my brother Moses who passed on April 18th, 2026, and I could not be present in his funeral. The loss of my own house, that with a lot of effort I bought to provide my family peace of mind by providing them with housing stability by having their own home. Now this peace of mind is gone because I have not been able to pay the mortgage while held here. Our house has been taken back.
