We provided extensive evidence, including research entered into Congressional record, demonstrating that an American Ordnance M830A1 shell was used in the killing of two Gazan paramedics on January 19th, 2024. Director Kalindi Garvin, who directly oversees the Career Fair, failed entirely to respond. Dean McKenna did not address any of the evidence provided and ignored requests to meet with students and discuss this documentation in-person. Having been alerted to the fact that American Ordnance is complicit in documented war crimes in Gaza, we call upon Director Garvin and Dean McKenna: listen to your students and community.
