Nosotros, los firmantes, dirigimos la presente Petición a la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, al Congreso del Perú y EEUU; como también a todos los consulados Peruanos alrededor del mundo; expresando nuestra profunda preocupación por la situación extremadamente crítica del Presidente Pedro Castillo, del pueblo Peruano y todos los presos políticos que comenzó el 07/12/2022. El actual ilegítimo Gobierno no cesa las violaciones a los derechos humanos. Hacemos un llamado URGENTE a la justicia social y a la restauración de las libertades democráticas en nuestro país. Es la potestad del presidente electo la convocación a nuevas elecciones Congresales y la convocación de una Asamblea Constituyente con y para el Pueblo (Plurinacional y Paritaria) con un gobierno del pueblo para la redacción de una nueva constitución, y que se DESTITUYA de inmediato al gobierno golpista, usurpador e ilegítimo encabezado por Dina Boluarte. Como también, la inmediata liberación de todos los presos políticos, cuya detención ha sido motivo de repudio y preocupación internacional, justamente porque violenta el derecho universal a la libre expresión y manifestación. Como también, un cese inmediato de las violaciones de derechos humanos y el respeto pleno de las garantías y derechos fundamentales de todos los ciudadanos, así como el cumplimiento de los protocolos de acción por parte de las fuerzas represivas, que son responsables por el asesinato de más de 70 manifestantes desde el mes de diciembre de 2022.
