A representative of the American Petroleum Institute, in a March 2025 presentation (slide 7) to state lawmakers, labels the Mega Park as a data center. This uncertainty is creating many concerns in our community and a fear that decisions which will impact resident's lives are being made without transparency. We do deserve a say over decisions that will impact our lives. We do deserve transparency.
