Reduce Parking Minimums in CODE Tucson '26

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

The City of Tucson is doing a code cleanup project called CODE Tucson '26. While it represents a substantial modernization and fixing of the city's zoning and development code, a.k.a. the UDC, it leaves many issues untouched. The biggest of these right now is parking requirements, which remain largely unchanged. We are pushing to expand parking waivers for projects near bikeways and transit to other uses, like small coffee shops, and to new housing above 4 units. We also ask that the Planning Commission consider our other proposed changes to address additional issues and errors.
