Instead of being outraged that Westover has a city police officer who is a defendant in two federal lawsuits for misconduct and a mayor who has been shielding him from oversight by his own police chief, Mr. Stranko was so outraged that Delegate Walker has spoken up for her constituents that he casually called her a “bitch.” He is seemingly more upset with those shedding light on the abuse of vulnerable citizens than he is about the abuse of Westover residents.
