Management is proposing for nurses, frontline and low paid workers: No wage increases for three years Cuts to differentials (these only affect frontline healthcare workers) A 4% reduction of retirement contributions Forcing spouses off of family insurance and other cuts to healthcare Cuts to paid time off Cuts to union rights These proposals are causing high quality nurses and health care professionals to leave now. We believe that if they are implemented, it will create a downward spiral that could lead to the closure of BMH.
