Stand with State Employees for Collective Bargaining

	<thumbnail_url>https://actionnetwork.org//images/generic_facebook.jpg</thumbnail_url>

During the Great Recession, Nevada state employees were the backbone that kept our communities strong; taking pay-cuts and forgoing raises to ensure the vital public services we provide wouldn’t be interrupted. Yet, state employees are the only Nevada public service workers without the right to bargain for pay, benefits, and working conditions. Currently, state officials make all the decisions about our work places and our compensation, without our input. Governor Steve Sisolak supports collective bargaining, but it won’t become a reality without us coming together and leading the charge. By standing together through our union, AFSCME, we can have and a seat at the table and make our voices heard.
