Yet, state employees are the only Nevada public service workers without the right to bargain for pay, benefits, and working conditions. Currently, state officials make all the decisions about our work places and our compensation, without our input. Governor Steve Sisolak supports collective bargaining, but it won’t become a reality without us coming together and leading the charge.
