Add your name to stop it. Oxfam has confirmed plans to outsource some roles as part of its redundancy programme. That means stripping away secure, in-house jobs and handing that work to outside contractors – likely with lower pay, worse terms, and no union voice. Outsourcing wrecks job security. It creates a two-tier workforce. And it flies in the face of Oxfam’s mission to fight poverty.
