This is the third warrant in a row signed for a person whose right to representation in state court remains deeply uncertain. Florida's continued use of executions marks the state as an outlier in its use of the death penalty. The majority of other states are on a downward trend of executions, and Florida is breaking its own records in frequency. Stop this now.
