In response to these findings, Crush Bar, a queer bar in SE Portland, retained a notorious and costly union-busting law firm, Bullard Law. This law firm proudly declares themselves to be practiced in “union avoidance” and in the “minimization of union activities," which is far from receptive to the rights and wishes of the staff to organize.
