Despite the owners’ attempts to stop us, we won our union election in a landslide victory on May 1st. Now, Healthy Living is trying to overturn the democratic results of that election and force a re-run vote. The company also fired a whistleblower manager for speaking up about potentially illegal union-busting actions. But we are standing strong.
