While the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency is reviewing the emissions associated with natural gas from fracking well to final use, nobody is yet reviewing the inadequate safety findings in the EIS. As the lead agency in this process, it is the responsibility of the City of Tacoma to initiate and oversee a Supplemental EIS (SEIS) to better consider the serious safety hazards posed by this unnecessary facility. But they have not yet done so, despite repeated requests.
