The Transportation and Climate Initiative (TCI) program is a coordinated effort between Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts to reduce pollution and invest in clean transportation options. Gov. McKee has not yet publicly affirmed his support for this bipartisan, regional program. Sign this petition to show him Rhode Islanders want a clean, sustainable transportation system!
