Instead of meeting with the workers and addressing their concerns about safety, wages and health care coverage, the company has ignored their requests and hired outside consultants to dissuade their staff from forming a union. Being a good corporate citizen means treating your workforce with the same compassion and care that you bring to your environment and your community.
