In July, the union put forward a Unfair Labour Practice complaint regarding ServeGreen’s interference in the administration of the union and even instances of threats and intimidation against members. This union steward courageously raised his voice and included his experiences in this complaint. And then he was fired. Workers should never have to choose between speaking up and keeping their jobs.
