Now, we are facing an application for a huge 9-story, 109-foot luxury building that doesn't fit in our Historic District or follow our local rules. We're asking our local leaders to apply the law and common sense to stop this building. We need to get loud and make our voice heard. If this project is approved, it will cause irrevocable harm Historic District and set a hideous precedent for other developers. It will be the end of our historic district. Prior generations of citizens have protected this district and other local resources, such as the Marin headlands.
